over 2 hours on hold for the first person to pick up the phone. if i ran my business like that i would be bankrupt in a month. who do they think they are, the government?

Scott, late last year AC lost my baggage for a connecting flight from Victoria to Vancouver. Waited for an hour at the airport never got it. The gave me a number to call...intrigued by the accent, I asked her where she was located, " a call center in India." This is for a bag lost in a distance of 23 miles, 10-15 min flight...and I'm talking to someone thousands of miles, and days away. My bag did eventually arrive via Edmonton, a day and half later.
